Mystic Drumz
This week has been quite exciting and chilly.. brrr! We had the Mystic Drumz presentation and workshop today. The student had a blast. They had a chance to sing and dance while learning about various musical instruments from around the world during the presentation and then during the workshop, each student was given an instrument to play. Here are some pictures of students playing the instruments during the workshop.

Teamwork Awards
Our next Character Ed. Assembly is on Friday, January 31 at 2:20 p.m. Please join us for the assembly as our class and Rm 1 with be doing a presentation on February's Character Trait, Fairness.

Marlies Game
I did a draw of  parent volunteers for the Marlies Game. Parents of James, Lewis, Pearce, Sotiria and Lauren have been chosen. Please send $19 for your ticket. If your name has not been chosen, you may still get a ticket from Mr. Patsopoulos; however, you'll have to arrange for your transportation. We do not have extra space on the bus.

Math Practice Questions:

We have started learning about Measurement. We'll be learning to estimate and measure length, height and perimeter. We are also learning to use proper units, such as, cm and m.
